U-fucoidan is found in other seaweeds and plants such as wakame, mozuku, and hijiki. Our source of U-fn. (Laminaria japonica) is distinctively rich in this nutrient.

It is important to understand that U-fucoidan is a broader-spectrum, more bioavailable form of fucoidan that exists in combination with other nutrients in Laminaria. “Straight” fucoidan from the plant cannot be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract as normally extracted. Our processing makes it more bioavailable for taking it in the diet.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water before or with breakfast. For maximum benefits, take 4 capsules in the morning with a full glass of water.
